KRIL provides technical support in setting up innovations and entrepreneurship Centers/Hubs at training institutions and schools where learners are trained in design thinking, patenting, product development, ideation.

Innovation Sharpening & Refining

Through our innovation Hubs spread around the country in different schools and industries, we help our participants ideate, redesign and improve their ideas and transform them into solutions and products.

Research, Monitoring & Evaluation

Includes M&E systems design, tools development, M&E related trainings and capacity building and actual project planning and development. Conduct baselines, mid-lines and end-line evaluations.

Training & Capacity Development

Training programmes are relevant for organisation /company improved productivity, employee performance and compliance with national laws and policies. Conduct trainings in financial planning and management.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

HSE systems audit, policy development, HSE procedures and guidelines and staff training. This is relevant because it reduces the cost as a result of negligence and accident occurrence.

Document Development & Reviews

KRIL develops policy manuals, reports, M&E systems, Accounting systems among other documents. In this case, we organize our clients while preparing for due diligence exercise for their partners and funder.

Design Thinking Program

Design thinking is a non-linear, iterative process that teams use to understand users, challenge assumptions, redefine problems and create innovative solutions to prototype and test.
